I understand that the participation fee is payable in full at registration and prior to the start of the Morocco Berry Conference.
The participation fee includes conference sessions, access to the exposition, sponsors information, networking area and conference digital handbook.
I understand that the Organizers will release only the speaker’s presentations they have permission to share.
I understand that if I am unable to attend the Morocco Berry Conference, I can avoid cancellation fees by transferring my registration to another person in my own company or organization. I understand that this arrangement must be confirmed in writing with the organizers’ team.
I understand that all cancellations must be notified in writing and the following cancellation fees may be payable: Cancellation fee at 25% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received by 20 February 2021. Cancellation fee at 50% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received between 21 February until 15 march. Cancellation fee at 100% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received on and after 16 march 2021.
I understand that no refunds will be provided on failure to attend an event and I will be subject to payment in full of the original booking fee.
If, as a result of an act of force majeure, the organizers deem it necessary to postpone the Morocco Berry Conference to an alternative date, I understand that I am entitled to a refund of participation fees already paid only if I establish that I am unable to attend on the alternative dates offered.
By registering for this event, I consent to share my personal data with the organizers. The personal information which I provide during registration will be stored securely and confidentially and will be used solely for the purpose of the Organizers to keep you informed about the ongoing and forthcoming events.
Before booking a place, it is my responsibility to ensure, that I have the required equipment, software and sufficient network access to take part in the digital event.
All delegates will be provided with an email address for assistance and delegates having problems accessing the event can contact this for standard queries before the event and troubleshooting will be available during the event. It is acknowledged that it may not be possible to solve all issues as these can be based on the participant’s equipment, software and quality of their network access/provision.
An Online Event may include discussion groups, virtual meeting rooms and other forums (“Interactive Areas”) enabling interaction between Participants and Sponsors. The organizers do not control and are not responsible for information and/or materials posted to Interactive Areas by Participants or Sponsors (“User-Generated Content”) and cannot guarantee the veracity or accuracy of any such User-Generated Content. All use of the Interactive Areas is at my risk and I should not rely on User-Generated Content in any way.
All registrations for Events are subject to availability and to acceptance by the organizers at their absolute discretion.
The organizers may revise these terms and conditions, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you, by updating this posted version of these Terms and Conditions. You should review this website for changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes are effective upon posting to this website. If you disagree with any changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your relationship with the organizers Your continued use after notice of a change has been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
