Safir Berry – Turkey
Being a member of a family which is in export and production of various fruits since 40 years, Turgut Aysan founded Safir Berry in 2020 together with his brother Murat Aysan and the support of his father Yavuz Taner, to spearhead the Turkish Berry Project and fulfil the potential of Türkiye in the production and export of berries.
Today Safir Berry operates a nursery specialized in blueberry plants with an annual capacity of 500,000 plants and blueberry orchards over 30 hectares. Safir Berry also provides consultancy services to fellow Turkish berry growers/investors. Our target as Türkiye in the next 10 years is to be on of the major producers of berries, like Morocco, a country which is a major inspiration for us.
